IKF Kickboxing Champion Ryan Anthony is not only a remarkable mixed martial artist, he is also a personal trainer and kickboxing instructor. He is now conducting One on One AND group sessions under his new training company Ryan Anthony's Striking University, better known as RASU. He specializes and trains in a variety of categories including Muay Thai, Dutch Kickboxing, and Boxing. His style of training focuses on cardio through various martial arts methods that are perfect for weight loss and toning. All levels and ages, from beginners to pros are welcome! Everyone has something to gain. If you're not a fighter, that's no problem. Whether your goal is simply to lose weight, tone up, or to learn and stregthen techniques for fighting and/or self defense, his training is perfect for you!
Personal Sessions: For 1 on 1's, contact Ryan today with your personal fitness goals! He will create a special workout just for you or you can get started with a standard kickboxing training session. Each session last one hour and focuses on cardio and skill training. Anyone can complete these workouts. Each session is unique to the individual, so you will set the pace for your session.
